Once parked and INSIDE THE HOTEL LOBBY:
Look for a table near the balcony rail above you.  That's the 'Will Call' desk. There you will find the seating tickets and any messages/information for the Tricounty Maryland Chapter, including [hopefully] the time and place for the all-hands MUSTER-for-makeup & briefing [probably SATURDAY at 10:00 AM in Ellen Bertelsen's room].

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE AND DETAILS
The 'organized' activity for the chapter participants begins at 10:00 AM Saturday as indicated above.  The Chorus Competition as a whole begins at 11:30 in the auditorium.  The following is our itinerary thereafter [these rooms and the auditorium are all on the "balcony" level].
TALL OAKS room available for warmups/fixups/late-makeups etc :  11:35 - 12:50
at 12:55 we begin to be escorted to the stage via the following rooms:
LAKE THORE?  [spelling?]   12:55 - 1:10  [one last run-through here]
Ready Room [adjacent to stage, so be quiet here] at 1:15
ON STAGE at 1:25
After our performance, we will most likely be escorted to the photo room.  We will need to designate someone [usually a new member] to coordinate the ordering and payments for all photos.  Then we can all RELAX!!

The following is a list of the envelopes which MATT MENARD will stuff with the specified number of tickets after he arrives.  We HOPE TO HAVE THEM BUNDLED in a larger envelope labeled "TRICOUNTY MARYLAND CHAPTER" accompanied by a note indicating the next time and place for all members to gather.  The left column below is for those expected to arrive Friday, the right column for the Saturday morning arrivals:
