Lessons Learned:

Update: We all have rooms on the third floor of Chesapeake Hall (see map), except Ellen is on the first floor of Chesapeake. Specifics on room assignments, classes, and classrooms will probably not be available before checking in [also in Chesapeake, first floor - PROBABLY].

FIRST, how to get there:
You will probably be crossing the bay at Annapolis on Route 50. Stay on Route 50 until you cross the river in Salisbury, then take a right onto Salisbury Boulevard/Business Route 13 (south) . Continue south on Business13 for about 1.3 miles, and you should cross College Avenue; the next available right turn is the main parking area at Salisbury University.
Don't despair if you miss the turn onto Business Route 13:
Stay on Route 50 for about 3 miles, then turn south on Route 13 (bypass) , go ~3 more miles to Route 12, head north/west to East College Avenue(left turn), then a quick left on Business 13, then a right into the parking lot.

Here's the campus map. Note that NORTH is to the left, and that our parking area is off US Route 13 just past the College Avenue light. Check-in at Chesapeake Hall to get your room and class assignments and instructions.

A little campus familiarization

This view gives an idea where the major non-academic events take place.
A few photos of some of the buildings:

our rooms at the QUAD (as viewed returning from the Commons): St. Martins on the left, Chesapeake on the right.

Most of our classes are here in the Caruthers building, next to the QUAD.

Through the main entrance to Holloway Hall is the auditorium, with barbershop shows on Friday and Saturday nights.

Great food at any price at the COMMONS! There are 10 kiosks to choose from:

Tacos, nachos and burritos are just a few of the authentic Mexican fare you'll find here.

Fast food lovers will find crisp chicken, fish fillets and french fries here.

Cereals, breads and freshly baked NY-style bagels available all day long.

A deli, salad bar, soup station and dessert selection all rolled into one.

Filling up your plate daily with a variety of pasta dishes.

Fresh dough pizza at its best.

Carbonated drinks, juices, coffee, tea and other beverages to tame your thirst.

Serving up a nutritionally balanced, slow roasted meal for the enjoyment of all diners.

Featuring flame-broiled burgers, hot dogs, hot deli sandwiches, chicken and more!

This popular kiosk brings you a taste of Asia with sizzling made-to-order stir fries.
